Xtreme Real City Car Parking is a three-dimensional, semi-realistic parking game. A player must park cars in different driver-trainer scenarios on streets and lots and along blocks across a city. The game consists of 10 levels. As they progress, the player can unlock several cars via money that they earn after every successful completion of a parking task.
The player must navigate an obstacle course set up with driving-related and other objects, including yellow-and-black barriers, orange-and-white traffic cones, red-and-white-striped vertical poles and horizontal crossing arms, and large wooden boxes. If they successfully park in a space marked with a yellow border and a down-pointing, overhead arrow, the yellow border turns green. They then receive money and at least three stars. They can also progress to the next unlocked level.
If they hit an object, the item blinks in and out of existence. They must then restart based on the last saved checkpoint. For a checkpoint restart, they select the double-arrows icon that appears in a box. If they haven't reached a checkpoint, they reload the level. They receive two extra lives for do-ever attempts. If they run out of lives, they receive more by watching advertisements.
Xtreme Real City Car Parking allows the player to look at each obstacle course from two perspectives. They can use a back- or top-view camera. They merely select the movie camera icon near the top right corner.
