Weekly Tournament Bubble Shooter is a bubble-popping game that offers both self-challenge and competitive play. The player must have an account to compete against other online players. Otherwise, they try to earn an ever-higher personal score.
On the main screen, the player can use a "log in" text link to access the tournament options. With tournament mode, they attempt to earn the highest score possible by popping bubbles in the right side panel. Their ultimate goal is to rank high among the top 30, 20, 10, or 3 players in Monday-to-Sunday games. They view their standings on the left side panel. They can also access a community that allows them to chat with others from around the world, ask the developer questions, and share their opinions.
With the standalone mode, the player attempts to pop all bubbles and earn the highest personal score before the rows slide down to the bottom of the screen. The game adds a new row of bubbles onto the field after a specific number of shots that changes over time.
Weekly Tournament Bubble Shooter provides the player with a laser-aiming-line shooter. Although the line doesn't match the color of the primary projectile, it has a color-matched targeting bubble. The game also supplies a preview of the next projectile available, which helps the player prepare ahead for their next shot and creation of future clusters.
