Virtual Piano is an online simulation of a piano. It can teach a user to recognize how musical sheet notations correspond to the keys of a piano. A player doesn't need to complete tasks or perform anything competitively to "win" this game. The Virtual Piano is merely an electronic instrument and an educational tool.
This virtual piano features five standard black keys in normal spots between seven standard white ones. The keys create the sounds of twelve notes used in musical composition. The background behind the keys makes soothing color changes during play.
Virtual Piano doesn't provide the total experience of using an offline piano or electronic piano keyboard. Instead, it supplies the basic sounds that a player might expect to hear when interacting with these keys in the real world. It also displays the notes that represent the associated sounds of each key (c#, d#, f#, g# and #a for the black keys and c, d, e, f, g, a and b for the white keys).
The player can also switch between input methods. They can press keys on a computer keyboard, click a mouse button, or tap a trackpad or touchscreen surface.
