In Vex 6, the stickman still can't catch a break. Once again, he faces dungeon-crawl labyrinths filled with dangerous objects that could kill him at any moment.
As with the other Vex series' games, the player's primary objective is to help the stickman safely make it through all the levels or Acts to the checkpoints and exits. The stickman can run, jump, flip, duck, bounce, swing and swim. The game also supplies kites so the stickman can glide between dangerous blades.
Every Act overflows with danger. The stickman must make it past spikes that thrust up out of floors, spiked saw blades and wheels that bounce and swing, collapsing blocks and bridges and massive crates of TNT explosives. If the player makes the stickman swim, they must also watch the time or the stickman dies from lack of oxygen. Yet, the game provides the player with plenty of excellent arrow and text guidance designed to prevent the stickman's death.
During gameplay, the player must also collect golden coins and hidden stars to win special skins and trophies. With the coins, for example, they can change the stickman's appearance with up to 64 common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare and legendary designs. Vex 6 also has daily tasks and a daily bonus stage, which allows the player to win even more achievements.
