The game starts with a "Tri-peak" tableau playing field with a stock and waste pile. A standard 52 card deck is used. The tableau has 28 cards with 10 exposed at the bottom to start. One card starts the waste pile and the rest are stock cards. The goal is to build the waste pile by removing all cards from the tableau as fast as possible for maximum points. Removing the "peaks" is the main focal point for scoring. The rules are simple, any card fully exposed (meaning no card blocking it on either side) on the tableau can be removed from the playing field. Using the top card from the waste pile, the card of direct ascending or descending order can be removed regardless of suit. I.E. if the top card is an 8, a 7 or 9 can be removed and the cycle continues. An Ace can be removed through either a 2 or King as well. If no cards can be removed using the waste pile top card, then a stock card may be drawn to continue building. When both the stock and waste pile have been completely used and no more cards can be removed from the playing field the game ends. The game is only truly won when all cards are completely moved from the tableau to the waste pile. To achieve this the player must find the most efficient way to remove the cards from the playing field in quick succession.
