Thief Puzzle is a casual logic puzzle game with crime spree elements. The player helps thieves who have stretchy arms steal items from people of different backgrounds in a wide range of places. Their only task is to help each thief achieve their goals.
In a world of stick characters, various thieves desperately want to steal items. They might perform the act anywhere, such as while riding on a train or standing on the sidewalk. In some cases, the thief wants to steal an item from another thief. For example, they might try to steal a bag of priceless items from their partner in crime during a museum heist.
The player must use common sense and logic to determine exactly how to stretch a thief's arm in a way that prevents them from being caught in the act. If they're caught, they must replay the level.
The game doesn't make the scenarios easy. A thief might try to steal an item from a friend or a stranger. If any part of a thief's gloved hand or arm touches their victim, the player must replay the level. The best way to prevent contact usually is by stretching the arm across or around another object.
Thief Puzzle doesn't allow access to all locations at one time. The player must experience success at one location to unlock the next one.
