Take Apart is a block game that features three-dimensional stacked blocks suspended against a colorful background. The player's only task is to complete a level by quickly taking apart the stack. They perform this task by clicking or tapping each block. That said, they can only remove blocks that display white arrows that point away from the center of the stack. When they click or tap one of these blocks, the game automatically slides it from the block structure and away from the playfield.
The player must sometimes rotate the stack to see the direction of each arrow in it. They can turn it left or right. After they remove all the blocks from the playfield using these methods, the game shoots bursts of confetti into the air while an emoji makes a happy face.
Unlike many similar games, Take Apart doesn't feature a timer or penalties when the player clicks or taps a block that points inward instead of outward. The game also doesn't offer any tools or rewards, such as boosters or coins. The only point of this game is for the player to enjoy taking apart block stacks in a relaxing and fun way.
