Survivor in Rainbow Monster is an arcade multiplayer survival game that features aspects of the popular Among Us IO game. With an avatar dressed like one of the Among Us characters, the player runs around an amusement park known as Spooky Park in several modes. They must hide from monsters, including Blue Rainbow Monster, Green Rainbow Monster, Orange Rainbow Monster and Purple Rainbow Monster. Each monster has unique abilities that they must anticipate while attempting to complete a mode.
The player accepts a guest name or uses a custom username. The first unlocked night is known as Find the Blocks. The player and others must find a collection of blocks before time runs out or the monster gets them. The other nights include Feed the Monsters, Fix the Machine, Light the Room and Mystery Night. This version of the game also features a Bottled mode that's unlocked from the beginning, as well as Challenge and Pink Monster modes.
In each mode, the player must complete tasks beyond running away from a monster. When they win a level, they receive gold and diamonds that they can use to update their character's appearance at the Skin Shop or unlock new modes.
Survivor in Rainbow Monster offers a coin multiplier at the end of each night and boosters, including a speed boost, additional time, light and boxes. The player must watch an advertisement to gain access to these benefits. The game also features a daily reward and a spin wheel minigame with coin, diamond and skin prizes.
