Sprunki Challenge is another fun music-creation game based on the Incredibox beatboxing music game and the popular fan-made music composition Incredibox Sprunki mod. It gives a player access to both the original single-player mode and allows them to play against another player in a two-player mode. It also allows them to switch between lighthearted and horror themes.
In 1 Player mode, the player's goal is to create unique music with the Sprunki characters found in the original mod that replaced the human ones in Incredibox. The player slides items from icons near the bottom of the screen to nondescript gray figures. Each item transforms a figure into a colorful character that produces beats, melodies, vocals, effects and other sounds. In 2 Player mode, the player attempts to earn 2,000 points with their music creations before the other player.
As with the original Incredibox mod, Sprunki Challenge requires the player to view an advertising video while using the lighthearted theme to access the Black character with the black hat icon. That said, they can unlock this character without viewing an ad if they select the horror theme on the main screen before play. With either mode, the player must also watch videos to unlock two background images per theme.
