Solitaire Tripeaks Harvest is a game of patience and skill. The game's objective is to clear all cards in each row by pairing them up with cards that are one rank lower, two ranks lower, three ranks lower, etc. Making a match using all four free cells on either side (horizontally or vertically) will clear the whole row. It is also possible to stack matching card pairs on top of each other to create stacks for more points!
The game has an excellent level of polish, with lots of card designs to choose from and even some unique cards that you can use strategically. It's so easy to pick up and play, no tutorials needed! Despite being quite challenging. And although it may seem like there are only two variations on the main gameplay mechanic (pairing), these change depends on which row one is playing in. The bottom, middle, and top rows will offer different prospective matches for each pair.
Solo Tripeaks Harvest is an awesome time killer, something casual yet thought-provoking at the same time.
The sound effects add nicely to the atmosphere too, whether they were recorded or synthesized doesn't really matter since they convey a sense of wooden cards clicking together while playing.
