Solitaire Mahjong Juicy is a tile-matching puzzle game with a juice bar theme set in a tropical location near a beach. As with most Mahjong games meant for singleplayer fun, the playfield features layered tiles arranged in classic patterns.
With this game, each wooden tile displays the image of a type of fruit or drink. The types include blueberries, lemon and lime slices, cherries, dragonfruit, kiwi, peaches, pears, pineapple, starfruit, strawberries and various types of drinks in plastic cups, cocktail glasses and other containers.
The player removes matching tiles from the playfield in pairs. They can only remove tiles that aren't covered by other layers and have at least one open side. The game offers timed play, which means that the player has exactly five minutes to remove every tile. They can review the possible number of matches at the top of the field. If they match a lot of tiles in a row, they receive a points multiplier that can go as high as x10. The multiplier only lasts a few seconds.
Solitaire Mahjong Juicy offers the player several tools to make tile matching faster. They can use a shuffle button to rearrange the tiles to show more matches. They can also use a hints button that makes a pair of matching tiles flash blue.
