CityMix Solitaire, also known as Solitaire Citymix, is a card game based on the popular Vega Mix series that features TriPeaks solitaire rules. Vika, often nicknamed Vicky, and Raccoon take the train to visit Vika's grandmother. When they arrive, they learn that Granny's house has fallen into ruin because of adverse events. They need the player's help to fix up the place and the surrounding landscape. Across thousands of levels, the player completes tasks by clearing cards from levels.
In a level, the game displays a pattern of layered face-down and face-up cards. They must use a face-up card below the pattern near the bottom of the screen as the first card in the sequence. They then select the next higher or lower card, no matter the suit, from the face-up cards. If they can't find one, they select a face-down card from the draw pile.
If the player completes a streak of selecting five stars in a row, they receive an extra draw card. To reduce their use of the draw pile, they receive access to a wild card they can use in place of any card on the playfield. They can also use an undo move button. They receive both star and coin rewards. With the latter, they receive extra coins for clearing the cards within few moves. They can then use their coins to pay for additional wild cards and undo moves.
CityMix Solitaire offers plenty of helpful tools, rewards and side adventures. It often places wild cards and boosters in the pattern on the playfield. It also supplies the player with two stories, unique side quests and special tournaments. For example, the player can grow a pumpkin to open gift boxes.
