Snow Yourself is a strategic puzzle game in which a player must reposition and utilize snow to give new forms to a sentient snowball designed with a teal-colored smile. The sentient snowball can't move, change its shape or interact with the environment unless the player uses other large snowballs to help it. The game presents each task to the player as a white outline of a specific shape floating above a stone marker known as a "goal stone" that features a fire and strange carved text. When the player successfully completes a task, the outline above the marker turns green. To win the game, the player must complete nine levels of strategic snow movements and sentient snowball shape-altering tasks.
How to play:
Move snowballs around until they connect to the sentient ball to create the task shape. Use different strategies and physics, including piling and bouncing snowballs against each other and objects, to access snow in difficult-to-reach areas. Never allow a snowball to drop off a cliff or bounce beyond the screen edge.
Mouse: Position the hand-shaped cursor over a plain snowball. Click and hold the mouse button while moving the mouse with gentle or hard force in any direction to slide, lift, toss, jump or bounce the ball to connect it to the sentient snowball, move the sentient snowball across the screen or stack snowballs. Click and hold anywhere on the screen during gameplay to display a white target circle that reveals which snowballs are within range and movable. After duplicating the goal shape in a level, click the green icon above the goal stone once to move to the next level.
Mobile: Swipe a finger or stylus across the touchscreen until the hand cursor appears above a plain snowball. Tap and hold the finger or stylus against the screen and then move it to reposition the snowball with gentle or hard force. Tap and hold once at any time to reveal the target circle. After copying a shape, tap the green, goal-stone icon once to move to the next level.
