Snake Arena is a game that encourages agility, strategy, and patience. The objective is simple:
- Make your snake grow without letting it touch other players' snakes for as long as you can.
- Eat the fruits to get bigger and bigger, but it's still a dangerous place for your snake to be.
- Don't get cut by other players' snakes!
It is an online game created by Yad.com. Snake Arena is a browser-based multiplayer game. At the start of each game, players are given a 3-by-3 grid of snakes. Each snake has its direction that it's able to move in. To survive, you must navigate your snake around the board.
The game consists of a constantly-updating environment; the ambiance consists of a rocky-like background with fog and rocks. The snake is not too detailed, but it is animated when it moves, which adds to the futility of trying to win the game. The play area is protected to prevent players from crossing protective boundaries.
How to play:
One must register with the website and enter the game lobby to play the game. The snake you're given is a gray and green/blue one with a head that has double eyes and 2 little fangs. There are three buttons: Start, Settings, Help, and Options. The start will start the game.
Settings have a few options that you can change and see how they will affect the game. One can also mute the sound and mute the music. Help will tell the user how to play the game. The game can be played on various devices, including iPads. The app also works on android devices.
Controls:
To move the snake, you have to use your mouse/touchpad. Left-click drag for direction. The game is played in a game lobby; each game contains multiple snakes that different players control.
