Slope 3, an endless runner set in a dark city of black-and-neon skyscrapers floating in space, isn't a game for the faint of heart.
The player must direct a neon-striped, black ball along paths in tunnels and on the exteriors of buildings at steadily increasing speeds for as long possible.
The city hangs in the void without any streets. The black buildings blend well with the background except for the white, pink, teal and other neon highlighting on the edges of structures and arranged as patterns across surfaces.
The game awards one point every time the player successfully jumps the ball between buildings. That said, the ball speeds up with every success as well. Obstacles in the game also include pits, stationary and moving monoliths and other objects blocking paths and steep slopes that cause the ball to slide as it rolls.
The player must have excellent eyesight and reflexes to anticipate and navigate dangers. They must also take care when directing the ball since it's designed for high sensitivity to keystrokes. If the ball hits an object or wall, it explodes into pixels. The game then restarts in a different part of the city.
Slope 3 features a leaderboard so that the player can track their score against other players.
