Slap and Run is a running, rush game that tasks a player with directing a blue stickman avatar to slap people randomly as the stickman runs on various paths. The stickman might slap walkers, bike riders, people performing exercises in a group, people dining at tables and even police officers. The player must see how far they can direct the stickman before bystanders or police stop the attack.
It's important to note from the start that Slap and Run is an incredibly violent game. It depicts not only brutal attacks on people by the attacker, which include slapping and hitting people with sticks and kicking a figure onto a multiplier track through one or more panes of glass, but also violent attempts by other people to stop the blue stickman. Bystanders might knock someone into him and the police might shoot him.
As with similar track-style running games, Slap and Run features obstacles and traps, such as boxes and vehicles that block the stickman's path and rotating saw blades. The game also makes it possible for the player to temporarily hide the stickman from crowds by letting him jump into open boxes. Powerup options also exist. If the player does well, the game provides coin rewards that they can use to perform upgrades on the stickman to improve his kick, acceleration and earnings.
