Save My Pets, a casual, logic puzzle game that features strong art and science elements, asks a player to create barriers between a dog and many scary threats.
Every level of the game presents the dog as a floating head suspended above or near something deadly, such as one or more beehives filled with killer bees, deep water capable of drowning the dog or a pool of lava that can burn it to a crisp. The player must use practical strategies coupled with continuous line drawings to create each barrier.
For example, the player might draw a line shaped like part of a square or rectangle around the dog to protect it from attacking bees. If the level features other types of barriers, such as a tile-covered wall or blocks of soil and grass, they might use these objects as part of the barrier or support for their barrier.
If the player struggles to figure out a level, they can receive a hint by watching an advertisement. If the dog is injured or dies, they can accept a random number of gemstones or replay the level. If they win a level, they receive gemstones and up to three golden stars.
