Richup.io is a classic board game inspired by Monopoly, focused on real estate, trading, and smart money management. Players move around the board, buy properties, collect rent, and upgrade their assets with houses and hotels to push opponents toward bankruptcy. The goal is simple, become the richest player and outlast everyone else.
The game board features 40 spaces, including city properties, airports, utilities, tax spaces, chance style cards, and special corners like Start, Prison, and Vacation. Each turn, players roll two dice and move clockwise. Rolling doubles grants another roll, but three doubles in a row sends you straight to prison. Passing Start earns money, while landing on taxes or special card spaces triggers payments or events.
When landing on an unowned property, you can buy it or let it go to auction. Owning full property groups allows you to build evenly across them, increasing rent significantly. Properties can be mortgaged if cash is tight, but buildings must be sold first.
If a player cannot pay what they owe, they are declared bankrupt and removed from the game.
Richup.io supports online multiplayer with public matches or private games with friends and family. It runs smoothly in modern browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, making it easy to play anywhere.
