QBlock Puzzle is a block puzzle game that features line creation and removal elements. On a 10x10 board, the player places shapes made of blocks on a grid to form column and row lines. Their goals are to earn the most points for as long as possible.
Although the game starts with a wood theme, the player can use the palette button in the upper-left corner to switch to cartoon, day, and night themes. Unlike similar games, this one doesn't require them to pay a fee to access these options.
Play consists of sliding three shapes from below the board to the grid spaces. The player earns more points when they craft multiple partial lines and then either complete a combo streak of line removals or a group of lines with a single move. Their points update in the top-center area. If they lose a game by running out of space for a shape, their most recent score appears next to a trophy icon below it.
QBlock Puzzle also rewards the player with stars during play. The number of available stars updates near the lower-right corner of the board. An extra 20 become available with an ad view.
The player uses the stars to turn one of the pieces in a set of shapes for easier placement. To access this option, they must select the button marked with a circle made of arrows near the lower-left corner. They pay 10 stars for each turn.
