Place the given pattern blocks into 9x9 grids to completely fill them. Once all slots in a 9x9 grid are filled, they will be cleared! Earn a high score by clearing multiple combos at once!
At the start of the game, you'll see nine 3x3 grid slots and three patterned blocks at the bottom. Arrange the blocks to fill either a full row or column of 9 slots, or completely fill a 3x3 section to earn points. The game ends when no more moves are possible, and your final score is recorded.
Puzzle Wood Block is a block puzzle game that features the popular wood theme. On a 9x9 board that has a Sudoku layout of nine subgrids, the player attempts to earn the best high score possible by creating nine-block horizontal and vertical lines and subgrids. The game has no other goals or objectives.
The player creates the lines using single blocks and polyomino shapes. A set of three shapes appears below the board at any given time. The player must transfer the entire set to the board before the game gives them access to the next set. They can create lines in a variety of ways with these shapes.
For example, the player might place a five-block horizontal bar on a line and then add a three-block bar and a single block to complete the line. They might also place shapes in different areas randomly and fill the gaps. That said, this technique increases their risk of running out of room for a shape. If they can't place every shape, they lose the game unless they view an ad to continue playing.
Puzzle Wood Block requires the player to think ahead strategically. When the player places shapes, they need to leave enough space to place different sizes of shapes. For example, they might leave a subgrid temporarily empty while building up partial lines and subgrids in other areas of the board. The game rewards more points for combination moves in which the player completes multiple lines and subgrids at a time with one move.
