Princess Lovely Fashion is a dress-up game that asks a player to help two Disney-esque princesses, similar to Rapunzel and Ariel, experience a total makeover. The player can update their eye color, makeup and clothes.
The player starts with the eyes of the blonde, Rapunzel-like princess. They can give her color-matched contacts or two different-colored ones. They can apply mascara, eyeshadow, lipstick and blush. They're then given the opportunity to select a new long or short hairstyle, one or more hair colors, an outfit and accessories, including a dress or top and bottom, and jewelry. After they finish dressing up the princess, they repeat the entire process with the Ariel-like one.
Princess Lovely Fashion offers the much-loved camera option commonly seen in online dress-up and paper doll games. The player selects a filter and then takes the shot. That said, they don't receive an option to share or save the photo. Instead, they must take a screenshot or snip the image on their computer or smartphone.
After the player takes a photo of the friends, they can reload the game and try other selections to create stunning looks. If they struggle with trying to mix and match styles, they can prompt the game to make the selections by using a randomizer button marked with a die and question marks.
