Pool Club is a virtual version of pool played on a classic, green, felt table edged in wood. At first, the game's requirements seem simple. The player must pocket all the balls on the table, both solids and stripes, before time runs out on a timer. Yet, they only receive 90 seconds to perform the task!
The player can earn additional seconds on the clock. The game gives them 5 seconds along with 50 points after they pocket a ball. That said, they must be perfect with every shot. One or two misses or a scratch can cause them to run out of time and lose the entire game. If they pocket the cue ball, they also lose 20 points.
Pool Club does attempt to help the player. Besides those 5 extra seconds, the game supplies white guidelines that shows the player precisely how they must angle the cue stick to pocket balls. They can also use these guidelines to teach them how to improve their real-world gameplay.
How to play:
Break the balls. Observe the location of each one on the table. Position the stick at the best angle behind the cue ball to pocket balls. Follow the guideline to make accurate shots. Try to keep the cue ball out of the pockets. Pocket all balls as quickly as possible.
Mouse: Roll the mouse in any direction to align the stick so that end of the guideline is closest to a ball that's near a pocket or in the best position to roll into a pocket when hit. To draw back the stick, press the left button and slide the mouse backwards along the guideline toward it. To strike the cue ball, release the button.
Mobile: Slide a stylus or finger tip in any direction on the surface of the touchscreen or trackpad to align the stick. To strike the cue ball, press the surface, slide backward along the guideline to pull back the stick, and then stop pressing the surface.
