Pilot Royale Battlegrounds is an online multiplayer, 3D battle royale game. The player is a flying ace who must take out other airplanes with missiles in massive battles in the skies above towns and cities, forested areas, farmlands and waterways. They must also attempt to earn level-up and XP points, gold and recognition on a global leaderboard for their flying and fighting abilities.
The player starts by setting up a username and country flag. After they've won a few battles, they can use their coin winnings to purchase new planes and rockets with unique advantages. A specific plane might increase flying speed or firing rate or enjoy a higher-than-average chance of supplying a power shot or deflecting incoming missiles. There's even a UFO that offers a shield that protects against enemy rockets. A specific missile might increase attack damage or firing rate, random shooting every few seconds, or the chance that enemies can't dodge. The game also features stars that the player can use to purchase new pilots that improve the player's chance of survival or the capabilities of the planes and rockets.
Pilot Royale Battlegrounds also allows the player to use coins to level up firing rate, attack damage, respawn time and cash rewards. The player earns extra coins, level-ups, XP and other benefits by completing missions and special maneuvers during battles. They can also enjoy extra winnings and rewards if they watch advertisements, open treasure chests, and play spin wheel minigames.
