Palm Island Solitaire is a card game in the TriPeaks Solitaire tradition. In a tropical island location, the player removes floating columns of layered cards from different daytime and nighttime scenes as quickly as possible to achieve the best time and number of moves.
The player can only remove cards based on TriPeaks rules. As a result, they select each new card from the columns based on standard deck ascending (A, 2, 3...) or descending (3, 2, A...) order. They can also perform a wraparound move between the numbered and royals in either direction (...J, Q, K, A, 2, 3...) or (...3, 2, A, K, Q, J...). When the field cards don't contain a matching next highest or lowest card, the player uses the draw pile until they find one that they can use as a bridge to a next highest or lowest field card.
Palm Island Solitaire offers both a Hint button and an Undo button in the upper-left area. That said, the player must view advertisements to regain access after they use each button only once. The game also allows the player to change the card faces and backs at any time. The player can review several designs by using the Skins button in the upper-left area. Additionally, they can track their time and used moves in the upper-right area.
