Paint Master is a hypercasual logic-puzzle sorting game that features fantasy professional painting simulations. On a light taupe beach marked by green plants with large leaves, near a waterway bordered by a wooden fence, the player directs professional painters to recreate artworks on blank canvases across 48 levels.
Each painter carries the same size and type of paint roller. Yet they paint different colors. Additionally, some painters paint wider bands of paint than others. The game doesn't provide the player with any type of information about the painters' abilities. That said, it also doesn't penalize them for starting over if they select a painter who paints with a too narrow or wide band.
Each canvas is white with a narrow black outline and designed to look like various shapes. The player must look at the original work at the top of the screen above the canvas and then determine the order they need to use to direct the painters to paint. For example, if they see a blue narrow band of paint overlapping a yellow wide band, then they need to apply the yellow paint first.
Paint Master rewards the player with coins. They then use the coins to pay for hints via a tab marked with a lightbulb icon near the upper-left corner. They must pay 50 coins per hint. They can also earn hints by viewing ad videos.
