My Parking Lot is a parking game with a management simulation theme. It contains both sorting and logic puzzle elements. The player, as a parking lot manager, must release vehicles from blocked positions to clear the lot and collect associated fees. They earn coins and diamonds through level-to-level wins and rewards for daily play and completion of achievement milestones.
As the player progresses through the levels, they must deal with larger congested lots, complex blocked parking patterns, and new vehicles that run at slow or fast speeds. If they release vehicles in the wrong order or too many vehicles at one time, they can lose their collected fees and saved coins because of accidents. Common causes of accidents include congested traffic and faster vehicles rear-ending slower ones or slamming into the sides of vehicles when rolling out of the lot. They also lose coins if they allow a vehicle in the lot to slam into another parked vehicle, a concrete barrier or other obstacle.
My Parking Lot offers several boosters. With these tools, the player can release one blocked vehicle from the lot, no matter its position, flip a vehicle's direction, and make every vehicle run at the same speed for one minute.
At the end of a level, the player can review their time, earnings and losses. If they're willing to watch an ad video, they can recoup their lost coins. If they failed the level, they can take out a bank loan. At any time, they can use the paint roller icon on the home screen, beneath the clipboard icon for daily achievement rewards, to access vehicle, environment and tire tread upgrades.
