Mobile Run is a three-dimensional, running arcade game that asks a player to safely direct a mobile phone on an obstacle course floating on water across 55 levels by collecting and using mobile apps. The track features gates marked with app icons and a black-and-white ring that serves as a finish line. The race track continues beyond the finish-line ring with a multiplier section.
If the player is willing to watch advertisements, they can collect two random apps before they start the run. During the run, they direct the mobile phone through a gate. They must then quickly activate one or more apps to deal with a variety of obstacles, such as ground-level spikes and rotating saw blades. The player can't accidentally run the phone off the track into the water. That said, if they knock the phone into any obstacle, they must restart the run.
The apps in Mobile Run offer almost limitless power. For example, the player can direct the phone to jump or float, set off explosions, hit obstacles with lightning, and even direct tiny stickmen to destroy obstacles.
The player can also level up before a run if they're willing to watch advertisements. The ad option also applies to changing the phone's skin from yellow to pink, camouflage, gray or a game console.
