Miss Robins Home Design Match 3 is a matching and renovation game with elements similar to Home Design: Match 3 and House Design: Match 3. The player renovates different areas of a house, including a porch, an attic and a kitchen, by performing match-3 puzzle tasks.
On each level, the game displays columns and rows of basic household items, such as candies, cups and hearts. A left vertical panel displays the level, score, tasks, and moves. To complete tasks, the player must align three or more items in a column or row or a square formation, create special items, or use hammer-style boosters.
The player might need to collect a specific number of basic and other items or eliminate obstacles. For example, they might need to remove all chocolate-topped crackers, help joyous gingerbread men slide down columns, burst large bubblegum bubbles, break open wooden crates, or destroy gold chains. On some levels, they must deal with conveyor belts that change the positions of items.
The special items include rockets that clear columns and rows or hit random squares, blast-zone bombs, and one-type mass-collection rainbow-colored UFOs. The player can also create a super effect by combining two special items. For example, merging a rocket with a UFO turns all basic items of one color and type into rockets. Two UFOs clear an entire board.
Miss Robins Home Design Match 3 rewards the player with points, coins and a star at the end of each board game. On the renovation screen, the player drags a star badge to a plus-sign (+) circle to reveal three design options for one renovation, such as three floor, carpet or paint options.
