Merge 10 is a logic-puzzle, tile-merging game that a player plays on a 10x10 board filled with colorful tiles marked with numbers like the 2048 tile-matching game. The player's primary goal is to merge two or more tiles to earn coins and points until they achieve the highest possible numbered tile and overall score.
Tiles merge together based on color and number. Unlike 2048, the number on a new tile isn't the result of addition. The player selects a tile connected to tiles that display the same number. All the matching tiles merge into that tile's spot on the board. A new tile forms that's the next-highest number in a standard number sequence. For example, two or more 2 tiles merge to form a 3 tile. Two or more 3 tiles merge to form a 4 tile, and so on.
When the player selects the correct tile in a connected group, the merge can leave the new tile positioned next to a tile that matches its number. For example, a player might select a 4 tile next to a 5 tile to draw all the other connected 4 tiles to it. The new 5 tile is positioned directly next to an existing 5 tile. The player can repeat the process to merge the 5 tiles to achieve a sum of 10 and also create a new 6 tile.
Merge 10 allows the player to use boosters to clear one cell, reshuffle the tiles, and reduce the number on a tile by -1. That said, the player must pay a fee to use the boosters. They earn coins while playing a round. They can also retrieve 100 free coins every hour. If they're willing to watch an ad, they can also open gifts that contain coins and boosters.
