Match the Color is a block game that features bubble shooter and block-matching elements. In a city, the player must tear down high towers made of blocks using balls as projectiles. At every stage of a demolition, they earn cash that can help them buy tools to work faster.
Each tower displays colored blocks stacked atop gray ones. The gray blocks act like immovable stones until the player removes enough of the colored ones. The gray then disappears to reveal the colors.
The player receives two projectiles in the lower-center area. They track the number of moves on the main one. They can swap the main projectile with the secondary one at any time via two arrows.�
When the player strikes a single block, or two or more adjacent ones, that match the color of the projectile, all matching or toppled blocks disappear. When they strike non-matching colored blocks, those blocks topple off the tower or impact and shift other blocks.
Match the Color allows the player to rotate the tower to find matches. They can also use ability tools that appear below the projectiles. These tools make it possible for them to add a ball, change the colors of the tower blocks, and use a bomb. The last option is the most expensive and performs the most damage.
After the player wins, they receive a cash bonus and a trophy. They can track their global rank on a leaderboard via a button in the upper-left area. In the same spot, they can use a gear button to change the language or review information about any current themed events.
