Match Master, also known as Match 3D Master, is a timed matching game. The player receives a pile of items on a textured gray background. Their primary goal is to sort the items into pairs on double doors near the bottom of the playfield. Every time they slide a pair of matching items to the doors, they receive a star, and the items disappears down a chute.
The player also receives power-up tools that help them find and pair items faster. They can use a picker tool with a horseshoe magnet icon to auto-pull three pairs from the pile. They can use a shuffle tool with a tornado icon to rearrange items in the pile to expose items hidden underneath other items.
After the player wins a level, they also receive coins. If they view a video, they can multiply the amount they receive before starting the next level. They then use their coins to pay for furniture in their house. The game eventually allows them to unlock and decorate other houses as well.
Match Master rewards the player with pickers shuffles and coins via a daily bonus, free gifts and treasure chests. They earn the most winnings when they perform combination moves by picking pairs fast enough to keep a semicircular gauge below the doors charged at all times.
