Makeup Queen R is a makeover click-tap game that has a live social influencer element. The player helps models across three stages achieve their ultimate looks to gain the approval of live viewers. Their goals are to earn praise and points to reach the next stage successfully. If they perform poorly, the stage ends, and they must restart from the title screen.
The game performs every action based on the player's clicks or taps. The player begins with either a makeup application or removal scenario that usually involves foundation, eyeliner, mascara, blush, lipliner and lipstick. The game auto-starts the process. The player clicks or taps when the screen they're working on matches a picture-in-picture (PiP) image of how the model should look. They work on the hair as well to change hair color, smooth cowlicks, or update the style.�
Makeup Queen R rewards points based on the live viewer text and emoji provided by the game's AI system. For example, if the player only completes half the changes correctly, the live viewers might respond that the model looks okay or neither good or bad. If the player does well, the system might reward them with an abundance of heart emojis.
