Make Me 10 is a merge game that requires a player use their math skills to add together numbers and combine colorful circles to meet a goal presented at the top left corner of the screen. It also features endless elements. It randomly increases the goal as the player achieves higher scores. Additionally, it offers a Death bar challenge that the player must beat.
The game starts with a goal of 10 that increases to 11, 12, 13 and so on over time. It gives the player a number on a circle surrounded on all side by other numbers on circles. The player must select one or more side-by-side outer numbers/circles to merge with the central number/circle. For example, they might merge a central 5 with an outer 5 or 6+4, 7+3, 8+2 or 9+1. They might also merge a central 5 with an outer 3 and 2 or 6+2+2, 7+2+1, or 8+1+1.
Every time the player makes the correct number, the Make Me 10 displays it on a new circle on the playfield and rewards points. When the player creates several of these side-by-side circles, the game removes the circles, and the Death bar decreases in length. If the player fails to merge two or more numbers, the bar increases in length. If the Death bar fills up from the right to the left side of the screen, the player must start over entirely. Their new objective is to then beat their last best score.
