Magic Tri Peaks Solitaire is an Emerland Solitaire saga clone that takes place in a medieval city and the surrounding countryside. It features similar gameplay with unique card and other design elements.
The player follows a winding path on an old scroll-style map level by level using buttons. During each Tri Peaks game, they must find a face-up field card that represents the next higher or lower value of a draw card below the field. Suits don't matter. The player merely needs to think about card values and the ascending, descending or wraparound order. For example, if the player has a 10 draw card, then they need a 9 or Queen field card. If they have a King card, then they need a Queen or an Ace.
Magic Tri Peaks Solitaire helps the player remove field cards quickly with a wide variety of booster cards. The player can use a Joker card to replace the value of any card. The Combo booster card removes five field cards without following the high-low next-card rules. An Eye booster displays a see-through panel so the player can see the top face-down draw card's value at all times.
The game requires the player to also earn stars during their journey. They charge a horizontal golden three-star progress bar every time they make combo streaks by selecting five or more cards without interruption. Additionally, they charge the stars with unused draw deck cards. After they play long enough and earn 20 stars across levels, they receive a treasure chest that contains prizes.
