LowPoly 3D Art is a color-by-number puzzle game that features three-dimensional wireframe models of various objects that contain numbered white polygon sections. The player's goal is to transfer gradient-colored shapes to each section using paint-by-number rules.
The term "low poly" refers to a wireframe model that contains a low number of polygons. The game offers a wide selection of these models in various categories, including common objects, foods, animals, modes of transportation, household goods and famous comic book characters. It provides approximately two free-to-play models per category. The player must view ads and collect medallions to access the rest. They earn medallions by achieving specific goals, such as coloring a model within a specific amount of time or all models in a category.
LowPoly 3D Art requires the player to rotate a model to help them find a match between a polygon paint shape and a white section. Sometimes, the player must perform a near-perfect rotation with an empty section facing them to transfer a shape successfully. The game highlights a section with black color to confirm correct alignment.
How to play:
Select a category icon on the main screen and a free shape. Review the gradient-colored polygons below the wireframe model. Slide the shapes left to see the total number available. Slide a shape to the model. Rotate the model and transfer all shapes to it. Return to the main screen. Select the medallion button in the upper-left area. Collect medallions on the achievement screen. Track medallion collection in the upper-right corner.
Controls:
Mouse: Click buttons and icons. To slide a shape onto a model, position the cursor above it and then click and slide the mouse. To access all shapes by sliding the pieces left, position the cursor in an empty space between shapes, and then click and slide. To rotate a model, click and slide with the right instead of left button.
Mobile: Tap elements. To transfer a shape to a section, tap and slide it. To access all shapes, position the cursor in an empty spot, and then tap and slide. To rotate a model, press the right trackpad button or corner and slide right.
