Jungle Treasures is a bubble shooter similar to the popular 2003 Zuma game. The player visits island nations that feature different landscapes, weather conditions and cultures. At each stop along their path, they attempt to achieve a specific goal by shooting projectiles from a carved mask shooter at a train of rolling balls. When they hit a chain of three or more matching balls, the marbles break upon impact. They must destroy specific or all balls before the train reaches a swirling portal.
The player can see their goal in the top-left area. They also receive a limited number of shots, which they can review in the top-right area. Before they shoot, they can swap the main and secondary projectiles to improve their chances of making consecutive hits that destroy balls.
Jungle Treasures provides special items and boosters. Every time the player makes a match, they charge a potion bottle that eventually becomes an energy bomb. In the same area, the game offers a snowflake that freezes the train's motion and a gold-banded round black bomb that releases multiple bombs along the length of the train in random spots. The game also supplies the player with an option to select boosters for pre-placement before the start of a level.
When the player completes a level, they receive coins. They can receive double if they view a video.
