Jelly Candies: Merge is a fun and unique merge game similar to Suika but with a twist. Instead of performing merges in a rectangular or square container, the player merges jelly candies to create bigger and newer types inside of a circle. Their goals are to discover all the possible candies available and earn a high score.
The objects look like a mix of solid-colored and striped gelatin shapes and hard candies. To perform a merge, the player starts by dragging a jelly along the edge of the circle, and releasing it to slide down a white stretchy string toward the center. They then direct another matching candy toward it. Since the string stretches and candies bounce, the jellies regularly bounce around into different positions, which can make it difficult to control merges. This movement also makes it harder to prevent one candy from bouncing backward beyond the edge. If this happens, the player loses the game.
After a merge, Jelly Candies: Merge releases a burst of golden stars across the playfield. The player can track their points near the upper-left corner. As their points increase, they can perform special moves, such as applying more force to a candy's descent down the string.
