Hidden Objects is a find-the-object game. The player searches for thousands of specific objects in extremely detailed hand-drawn pictures of famous cities, tourist attractions and other locations. Their goals are to complete all difficulty levels and earn stickers for a side game.
This game offers dozens of locations that include Notre-Dame in Paris, the Parthenon in Greece, Rome in Italy, Stonehenge in the United Kingdom, the Grand Canyon in the United States, the Netherlands, the Maldives, Easter Island and the Arctic. It also offers general location scenes, such as an ocean oil spill, a port, the deep woods, a golf course, an airport, a greenhouse and a balloon festival.
Each location has one or more easy, medium, hard, expert or bonus modes. These difficulty levels often feature different moments in time. For example, with Notre Dame, the game initially simulates the conditions of the building and nearby streets and structures right after the modern fire. With later levels, it mimics the rebuilding efforts.
Hidden Objects displays a black horizontal panel below each scene that shows the number of objects hidden per type and the number of total objects per level. When the player selects hidden items without disruption, they perform combo streaks. If they have difficulty finding an object, they can use the hint magnifier option in the lower-right corner with ad views.
