Hidden Fellas is a hidden-object game similar to the Hidden Folks game series. It offers detailed, hand-drawn images of highly interactive miniature settings that provide hours of fun challenges and play across two modes. Each scene features detailed black line drawings of ancient and industrial environments and objects on a white background. The player's only goal is to find all the hidden people, animals and other objects.
In the first mode, Stone Age, the player searches a prehistoric setting filled with a wide range of closely placed objects, including ancient bushes, trees and other plants; caves; cave men and women; mammoths; dinosaurs; fish; and torches. Although some hidden objects are in the open, the player might need to move aside a branch or one or more leaves. They might need to search in an animal's mouth or look for tiny drawings. The second mode, Industry, offers hidden-object searches in industrial and factory settings. The player must complete the first mode to unlock it.
Hidden Fellas provides the player with plenty of tools to help find an object. The player can select an object on the bar under the scene to receive a clue about its location. They sometimes receive a hint button as well. They can use their mouse scroll wheel or the pinch and reverse-pinch motions on a trackpad or touchscreen to zoom in and out to enlarge the drawings. Additionally, they can slide the entire scene in different directions to look for clues using a grid-pattern search.
That said, the game makes play difficult by expanding a scene when the player is almost halfway finished with finding a set of objects.
