Hexa Block Puzzle is a block-puzzle game with an endless setup that tasks a player with earning as many points as possible by using polyomino shapes made of multicolor six-sided or hexagonal blocks to create straight lines on the dark gray background and black honeycomb grid. The game removes the lines from the board, and the player repeats the process until they run out of moves.
The points appear in a central location above the board. If the player loses the game, they must start over entirely. That said, they can also keep playing without starting over by watching an advertisement. The game displays their last-best score next to a golden trophy icon at the upper left corner of the screen.
Hexa Block Puzzle doesn't offer other play commonly found in similar block games online. The player doesn't receive access to any board or background customization options. They don't receive any boosters or other opportunities to enhance the game. The only goal is to earn points and, if necessary, start over.
The game does offer unique methods for earning the highest points possible. If the player creates a long, whole-board line or line after line without disruption, they receive more points. If they complete more than one line at a time with a single move, they receive higher points for a combination move.
