Fashion Nail Art, a simulation-makeover game in the dress-up category, provides a player with ways to create nail art designs on a virtual hand. They can then use the in-game ideas as inspiration when working on their own hands or making over someone else's hands. They can also share photographs of these ideas with people in their social networks.
After they select a simulated hand with a specific skin tone, they must clean and dry it because it's dirty. The game uses vertical gauges to show the player when they've completed each part of this task. The player can't move forward until they fill each one.
Fashion Nail Art offers a wide selection of rings, solid-color nail polishes and common art patterns. If the player wants access to every option, they must watch one advertisement per locked idea.
The player doesn't need to apply the polish to each nail. All nails update with the chosen color at the same time. When the player finishes decorating the nails, they can then take a photograph with a camera button. The game even allows them to change the pillow under the hand. That said, the player can't change the pink-and-gray marbled tile background.
