Design Show: Match 3 Puzzles is a home makeover game. It requires the player to perform pull-the-pin and match-3 moves to complete various tasks for a young woman named Alice and her dog. These actions allow the player to earn stars that they can then use like currency to complete each renovation.�
After the player completes a task, they receive one or more stars and return to the renovation screen. The onscreen guide directs them to make a change, such as clearing away a broken wardrobe or cleaning up a dirty hallway. Each action involves updating the space with new furniture and associated matching interior elements, such as flooring and wallpaper. The game also prompts the player to decide if they want to make an upgrade, such as using different color and style options.
Design Show: Match 3 Puzzles allows the player to update Alice's wardrobe after Level 9. They can also join a team to earn free lives and prizes. To track their progress, they can monitor their rank on player and team regional and international leaderboards.
