Cricket Legends is a sports game that places the player in the heart of cricket matches that feature the legends of the game. As with other bat-and-ball games, the player, via an avatar batter, must hit a ball with a cricket bat as perfectly as possible to score points and win matches. They must have perfect timing and hand-eye coordination to act correctly at just the right time.
The player can pick Quick Match mode or Career mode. With Quick Match, their only goal is to hit the ball correctly six times in a row to earn the highest score. With Career, they must initially win five matches for a high-paying reward. Although Quick Match offers free play, they must use their coins to pay to play in Career mode. If they do well in either mode, they receive additional coins. The game also features 10 trophies that they can earn over time. That said, the player can perform poorly by directing their avatar to swing too early or late.
Cricket Legends creates a fun experience for players of all ages. Cheering crowds surround the cricket field. A sportscaster broadcasts play-by-play details and commentary during each match.
