Connect the Numbers: Find 10 is a tile-matching game in the Sum-10 subcategory. The player attempts to clear numbered tiles from a grid by matching pairs of identical tiles and ones that add up to equal 10. They earn coins for their efforts.
The player can only select tiles in adjacent or unblocked aligned diagonal, horizontal or vertical positions across gaps. They can also select a tile at the end of a row that matches a tile at the beginning of the next row underneath it.
If the player runs out of moves, they use the plus sign (+) button below the grid to add extra numbered tiles to the field. They must then clear away those tiles as well.
Connect the Numbers: Find 10 provides the player with a helpful hint tool marked with an eye to the right of the plus sign button. The player pays for access to this tool with the coins they win. When they select it, the game uses green highlighting to point out a pair of matching tiles.
The game also provides the player with four red booster buttons. The first one allows them to select and remove any tile. With the second one, they can remove an entire row of tiles. The third one swaps the positions of any two selected tiles. Lastly, the fourth booster swaps selected rows.
