Conduct This is a timed, skill-based, train-management simulation game that features a model train design that includes tabletop-style world regions. A player's primary goal is to make certain that they complete different schedule and logistics tasks without crashing into buses, trains and other objects before time runs out. The game requires that the player have excellent eyesight and hand-eye coordination. Each set of tracks also doubles as a puzzle that the player must solve to guarantee the best possible outcome.
The player might need to manage one or multiple trains to complete their tasks. A train picks up and drops off cargo and passengers. The tracks often look or run beneath bridges and other overpasses. The player can stop and start one or more trains and switch the tracks to allow a train or trains to take an alternate route. If they perform well, they receive up to three stars and gold coins. If their train or trains crash, everything at the crash point explodes and the game offers a do-over.
Conduct This eventually offers the player the opportunity to increase the number and type of trains available to them. It features a headquarters that houses these trains.
