Coloring By Numbers: Pixel Rooms is a color-by-number game for kids and adults. The player's task is to fill rooms with objects that they paint using colored palettes and numbered images. They earn coins for each completed one.
The game contains many locked rooms, including a living room, travel shop, coffee house, hotel room and beauty salon. The player must completely furnish a location to unlock the next one. They can select any available object in the room. Unavailable objects become available when they pay with coins or view ads.
An object appears initially as a grayscale image. The game breaks each image into white block pixels outlined with black in a grid pattern. Below the pattern, it provides a numbered paint palette on a horizontal bar.�
Coloring By Numbers: Pixel Rooms helps the player paint faster in several ways. It allows them to zoom in on the pixels. It provides a hint tool in the lower-left area above the palette. It also provides bomb and paint can boosters in the lower-right area. Additionally, the player can't accidentally color the wrong pixels. That said, they can use a booster intentionally and then unintentionally use it a second time.
How to play:
Select an object. Zoom in. Choose a numbered color. Select one or more pixels that display the matching number. Use a bomb booster to add multiple colors to a blast zone on the surface of the object. Use a paint can to color all pixels that display the same number. View ads to earn more bombs and cans. To turn off a booster, select the booster's button a second time before continuing to color the image.
Controls:
Mouse: Click buttons, icons and object images. To zoom in, use the scroll wheel. To color a single pixel, click the color on the palette and then the pixel. To color more than one, click the color, press the left button, and then drag the mouse across the pixels.
Mobile: Tap buttons, icons, images and pixels. To zoom, use fingers and the pinch maneuver on the trackpad or screen. To color more than one pixel, tap the color, press the surface, and drag the finger or stylus.
