Cat Caf�: Feed Cute Kittens is a click-tap, semi-idle career simulation game that features anthropomorphic cats. The player directs their cat avatar, the owner of a street caf�, to cook and sell delicious meals to customers. The player's goals are to earn coins from their sales and save enough money to perform business upgrades, such as doubling their food production, hiring employees, increasing the firepower of the stoves, adding new ingredients, and making food cook faster.
The player uses a starter fund to begin selling golden crispy sausages on sticks. They use coins they earn from customers to level up this recipe and charge more for their food. They can also use an up arrow below the scene and their coins to increase the number of customers that visit their caf�.�
Cat Caf�: Feed Cute Kittens tracks the player's progress with a sliding horizontal yellow bar. Once the bar extends to a picture of a fish, the player can expand their business. For example, after they succeed at the sausage-on-a-stick caf�, they can start selling Chinese meat-filled flatbread and pepper pork stomach chicken soup at a new location. They eventually offer additional recipes from a meal truck, a pizza shop and other locations.
The game doesn't allow the player to transfer their coins from one business to another. Although they must start over, they can unlock new tools below the cooking scene that make the work easier. For example, they can increase the probability of customers leaving tips. They can also earn diamonds and open tins of fish that contain treasures.
