Bucket Crusher is a casual game that tasks a player with demolishing structures and crushing and disposing of materials. The player's goal beyond crushing is to earn cash from their work and upgrade to better demolition equipment.
The player receives a basic bucket crusher to start that has a short arm, small saw blade and limited fuel capacity. Their task is to demolish a red brick wall. Although it might seem like a simple construction project, the game doesn't progress unless the player crushes enough bricks. The only way to reach and crush enough of them is by upgrading the equipment to a certain level, which requires more work and cash. The player might need to fail several times and restart the level to make enough money.
The crusher also runs out of gas often because of its limited capacity. The player can watch advertisements to refuel. That said, they must eventually spend some of their saved cash to upgrade the arm length, machine power and blade size to earn enough money to increase the fuel capacity.
Bucket Crusher features tricky obstacles. For example, the demolition process can cause bricks to fall accidentally on top or behind the crushing machine. If the player extends the arm through the wall before crushing everything possible, they send bricks toppling onto the ground and to the right of the wall where the arm doesn't reach.
