Bubble Shooter Pro 4 (BS Pro 4) offers a player more opportunities to prove their excellent bubble-shooting talents in the Bubble Shooter Pro series. On a dark royal navy blue playfield, the player attempts to knock down and pop as many bubbles from a wall of sliding multicolored ones as possible. If the wall reaches the bottom of the field, they must start over. Their other goals include earning points, bonus points and gift boxes and overtaking anyone else online playing the game at the same time.
The player removes clusters of matching connected ball-like bubbles by using color-matched projectiles and a matching aiming line made of dots. They can only remove clusters made of three or more matching bubbles or any non-matching connected bubbles. When they create a cluster, the bubble balls fall from the wall, bounce at the bottom of the field, and pop in points zones. They earn points and special projectiles by completing combination moves and performing streaks that give them multipliers. If they can't create a cluster, the zones offer fewer points. They also lose their most recent multiplier.
BS Pro 4 provides the player with fireballs that destroy straight lines of multicolored bubbles and golden bombs that take out multicolored clusters. They can track their points and streak multipliers for the next fireball in the upper-left area above the field. They can track bombs in the lower-left area. They can also monitor their rank against other players and distance from the next gift box on a bar above the field.
