Try to rank higher than players from around the world! Although similar to many other match-3 bubble shooters, Bubble Shooter Pop produces much more dramatic popping noises than other games when the player successfully makes bubbles drop from rows at the top of the playfield. The player's primary goal is to overtake the scores of other players on a bar above the playfield during each stage of gameplay and on the main leaderboard.
The player knocks two or more matching linked bubbles from the rows with a projectile bubble of the same color. The bubbles bounce around until they pop loudly against numbers that assign points (50 | 100 | 200 | 100 | 50). The player increases the amount of points they receive by hitting a bubble with a multiplier number on it.
The game provides a hint tool to find matching bubbles faster in the form of an eye icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. It makes matching bubbles stand out by temporarily hiding the rest.
The player can also use different types of boosters, including one that takes out bubbles of any color and one that changes the color of all bubbles in an area to match the projectile's color. The player wins additional boosters when they improve their leaderboard rank.
